Kuttawa Cannonball Run 2026
The Kuttawa Cannonball Run is an annual performance boating event held on Lake Barkley and Kentucky Lake, scheduled for May 29–30, 2026. Organized by the Midwest Powerboat Corporation, the run is based out of Hu-B’s at Kuttawa Harbor Marina in Kuttawa, Kentucky. The event serves as a fundraiser for local charities in Lyon and Trigg Counties, including the Kentucky Sheriffs’ Association Boys and Girls Ranch.
The weekend typically features a shorter 20-mile “fun run” on Friday, followed by the main poker run on Saturday. The Saturday route covers approximately 120 miles, crossing from Lake Barkley into Kentucky Lake and stretching south into Tennessee, with a lunch stop often held at Breakers Marina. The event draws a diverse fleet of over 100 boats, ranging from high-horsepower catamarans to local performance center consoles, and concludes with a charity auction and card draw at the host marina.
