Guntersville Lake HydroFest Featuring Demon Bikini Race Team

The Demon Bikini Race Team is set to compete in the 2025 Guntersville Lake HydroFest, taking place from June 6–8, 2025, in Guntersville, Alabama. This premier event features multiple classes of high-speed boat racing, including H1 Unlimited hydroplanes, Grand Prix America, Offshore Super Stock, Marathon Stock Outboards, and Tunnel Boats. The Demon Bikini team, racing in the Super Stock class, features the S-33 boat—a 32-foot carbon-fiber catamaran powered by twin Mercury Racing 300R engines, delivering a combined 600 horsepower. The team is led by owner/throttleman Chad Havens from Orange, Texas, and driver Leanna Shadlow from Rogers, Arkansas. The event spans three days, offering fans a mix of high-speed racing, meet-and-greets with race teams, VIP experiences, and vibrant lakeside entertainment. Highlights include testing sessions, qualifying heats, and championship races across various classes, culminating in the Offshore Super Stock Championship on Sunday afternoon.
